The Balkan Peace and Integration programme supports civic initiatives to guarantee and further peace, human rights, democracy and stability, in the former Yugoslavia. European Dialogue’s active campaigning during the wars in the early 1990s, has enabled us to establish links with civil society groups in the Western Balkans region.
